After breaking the downward trend line, the price is undergoing a consolidation phase within the highlighted support zone (box). This area represents the first level of confirmation for a potential change in structure.
As long as the closing prices remain steadily above the box, the setup remains constructive: the market is showing absorption of supply and a willingness to defend the level. This scenario keeps open the possibility of an upward movement.
A close below the box, on the other hand, would invalidate the current reversal attempt and bring the price back into the previous bearish context.
Bur high risk because the macro trend is still downward: the break of the trend line is an initial signal, not a definitive reversal.
Liquidity below the box: stop liquidity is concentrated below the highlighted area. A breakdown could trigger a stop hunt and accelerate the downward momentum. Volumes are not yet increasing.
