Starknet holds the record for most operations recorded per day. in front of Base.

wtf is UOPS?
on starknet a single transaction can include multiple user actions inside it. for example one tx can batch a mint, a trade, and a transfer all together.
because of that, counting only transactions per second (tps) does not reflect how much real activity the network handles. a single tx might represent just one action or hundreds.
the better metric is user operations per second (uops). it measures how many individual user actions the system processes each second, regardless of how they are grouped inside transactions. that gives a real view of scalability and user throughput.
